CME Group would like to inform you that we are conducting a Disaster Recovery test in conjunction with the FIA this Saturday, October 27, 2007.  This testing is designed to confirm the connectivity to backup facilities of our customers, as well as their connectivity to our backup facilities.  The configuration of MDP already guarantees connectivity to our primary and backup facilities, so this should be a fairly simply task to complete.  We are asking that you simply bring up your application on Saturday, and confirm that you can connect to and see data over the “A” feed of the MDP.  Details of this testing are listed below:

o        Market data will be sent over MDP from 7:30am to 2:00pm

o        Data will be sent in ITC and RLC formats

o        Data will include both CME and NYMEX market data

o        Preferred connectivity from customer backup site to CME “A” feed during this time window

o        If testing, please contact Kevin Brady in Market Data Operations at kevin.brady@cmegroup.com with comments on the success/failure of connectivity and receipt of market data
